The company came for campus recruitment. The process includes case study presentation or Gd, tech interview,
And shortlisted candidates will have Skype or telephonic interview with senior operations manager. And then results will be announced.

Entretien
The process consists of 4 parts.
Firstly an aptitude test which consists of 2 sections
1. Aptitude 30Q-20 min
2,Logical Reasoning 30Q-20 min
Second step was a GD. The topics were mostly general like women empowerment etc.
Third step was a PI with a tech and HR person.The focus was mostly on Basic Technical knowledge on your subjects of interest and projects/training. (Special focus on manufacturing processes)
The Last process involved a telephone interview with the plant manager.
