Applied online and got a phone interview with HR. He asked regular interview questions and decided to schedule an interview at Avero. The interview was very short(literally 3-5 minutes), they didn't even consider me because they said that they were not willing to teach me anything and that it was just a waste of time on their part. So you basically need to know everything there is to know to even work here. They had asked me the exact same questions that HR did only difference was they asked if I had experience with GI biopsies. Apparently all of their work revolves around GI biopsies, HR never said anything about this.

First, I received an initial phone screen with HR who asked me questions pertaining to the job description. As I expressed that I was indeed interested in the position, HR scheduled me for a second phone interview. The second phone interview took place with both HR and the hiring supervisor who asked questions relevant to the position, including my experience in histology and any prior laboratory experience I have had. Third, I was invited to an interview on-site which was so exciting because I had the chance to meet the staff and view the laboratory. It went extremely well and I was able to demonstrate my skills and expertise in histology. Shortly afterwards, I received a call from HR and I was extended an offer which I gladly accepted.
