After e-mailing my resume to a contact I was called on the phone the next day by the Supervisor. We had a discussion on my skills and history. The next week I was contacted for a panel style interview that took place on-line. This was more just to let me know more about the company and the other employees. From there I was directed to go online & submit an application. Later I was contacted by HR for background checks.While waiting to get my retirement from the Army & start at Avenge I had guys come to my location & meet me just to continue the relationship & ensure I still wanted to take the position.
