Test task where it's needed to implement API app from the scratch (it takes me 3 days) 3. Interview with HR, where a nice person told me everything I wanted to know about the company and the conditions of employment. If everything suits me, then there is a final interview with the architect. 4. Interview with the architect. The architect asks theoretical questions and asks to solve simple problems right away.
