30000 people applied for an intership (multiple departments) in Avea. Groups of 8 were given case studies, they really don't care about your answers, they just want to see how you perform as a team. Finally 150 were left. The remaining 150 were asked to create a campaign or a tariff. No information was given about internal technical capabilities but the campaigns and tariffs were later judged on how realistic they were.

The case study was about an hotel and how it was struggling to make a profit. A couple of predefined options were stated in the study and everyone on the group had to support one.

Entretien
They analyze my CV, first they did a phone call, then invite me to office. They did not ask specific question. They behave that talk about yourself style. While I was talking about my career and idea about job they ask me "what is the difference between sales and marketing?" I answered it, if sales is a meal, marketing is the all kitchen activities. They accepted my apply.
