I´ve been contacted by phone and planned an in-company interview. The building was neat, clean, quiet with a lot of natural light. The working enviroment seemed great and relaxed surrounded by great interpersonal skills people. The interview went great and the recruiter was awesome, very knowledgeable and polite.
This is your first deep dive. You'll meet with the person who would actually be your boss. They want to know if you can truly do the job and how you handle real-world scenarios.
Behavioral Questions: They will use prompts like "Tell me about a time you disagreed with a coworker" or "Describe a project that failed and how you handled it."
The STAR Method: To ace these, structure your answers by outlining the Situation, the Task required, the Action you took, and the quantifiable Result.
