Unfair approach I applied for Integration Analyst position. The recruitement process had 5 interviews: 1. Initial HR interview - standard - successes, loses, work approach and so on + question about salary expectations 2. Interview with HR again - the same questions + question about salary expectations 3. Puzzeles - 1h interview with solving different kind of puzzles - some of them are listed in posts below 4. Technical Interview - 2 exercieses, pretty easy, nice atmosphere 5. Interview with the team - the same questions as asked by HR. I must say that the atmosphere during the interviews was realny nice. Nevertheless, I was aksed twice about my salary expectation during initical stages of the interview. After I gave my number twice there was no feedback that it’s to much or any similar comments. I went through all the satges with very positiv feedback, but the HR called me at the end and asker if I will accept 20% lower offer. I declined. I was invited to further stages of the process, I dedicated my time and then my basic expectations weren’t met. I literally lost my time for meetings and preaparations. I do not recommend.

excelente proceso, preguntas y entrevista muy amena, duro aproximadamente una hora, el entrevistador muy amable y la charla fue descontracturada. me hizo preguntas relativas a mis experiencias y problema o conflictos y como lo solucione
