I initially went through a screening call, followed by a one-hour interview with two technical team members and the head of the department which I thought went exceptionally well. Then I had a smooth round with HR, where I felt confident they were likely to extend an offer. However, I ended up being ghosted. Despite my follow-up with HR, I received no response. This experience was frustrating, especially considering I traveled 20 km each way for two rounds. The lack of professionalism and respect for candidates' time is disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend Avanceon to anyone.
