After an application and an internal referral back at the beginning of March I waited 6 weeks before being invited to a Teams call with Talent Acquisition. The call seemed to go well, reviewed the role and talked through my CV etc. At the end of the call, they said they would be putting me through to the next round to discuss technical knowledge and skills. I was given the names of the people that would interview me and what to expect in terms of the structure of the interview. And after that I heard absolutely nothing from them. I continued my job search and started in a new role at the beginning of September, only to receive an email last week asking me to update my details on their jobs portal so they can send me details of jobs I might like to apply for. I've unsubscribed, but I have no idea how they hire people with such an appalling process.
