Entretien
3 phases: 1) Interview with HR talent recruitment. This person was helpful, kind and communicative. I felt I was given respect and integrety. 2) Team Member interview. Basic interview questions, Reserved time for conversation and questions about the organization and their input on the organization and role. 3) Interview with the hiring manager. This individual felt like she had her decision before she met with me. I was asked about my tools and skills knowledge. Wasn't able to ask many questions and it felt very disconnected. Like the interview was distracted.

Entretien
3 interviews: phone screening with recruiter, experience and background interview with manager, and case/presentation interview with practice lead. All interviewers and the recruiter shared glowing feedback and excitement that I am the right fit. After the final interview, they decided I didn't have enough experience despite the fact that I provided detailed information on 10 years of diverse experience and successful outcomes in the field. I see they are still hiring for the role and other more junior roles, but they are not responding to my messages - they just GHOSTED me, which is a terrible way to treat anyone, especially a candidate who made it to the final round. You have to wonder what kind of culture they are building if they are happy to treat people like pawns. My advice - there are plenty of nice consultancies out there, don't waste your time or stress here - this is a big bad corporation disguised as a small nice firm.
