Participei de um processo express. Foi o processo mais curto que participei na vida. Tive um contato da recrutadora numa quarta-feira, respondi o contato na sexta, ela entrou novamente em contato no sábado pela manhã, onde estavam realizando uma força tarefa de recrutamento, no mesmo dia, fiz uma entrevista muito bacana com um dev da avanade, era uma pessoa bastante experiente na área, rolou tudo num viés de conversa informal, contei sobre a minha experiencia, onde havia trabalhado o que havia feito, quase como se tivessemos num boteco trocando ideia e tomando uma cerveja. Durou em torno de 1 hora a entrevista, e na terça-feira da semana seguinte eu já recebi uma proposta.

Não foram feitas nenhuma pergunta especifica, eu basicamente decorri como foi minha experiencia, e quais tecnologias que usei. As perguntas que vinham, foram poucas, eram mais duvidas que surgiam conforme ia contando minha historia.

The interview is overal’ not very difficult, it includes clear and structured instructions. There are three tasks after that comes Questions and answers with 3 different people. Nice and welcoming team.

Quick and clear interview process. Interviewers were friendly, ran it more like a conversation that went both ways and were complementary. However, despite interviewers being encouraging and offering to be contacted if any questions, the recruiter ghosted after final interview.

There were two interviews with some technical questions, but mostly behavioral. There was 1 interview with the org leader which was all behavioral. None of the interviews were very difficult.
