I’ve had 5 interviews 2 with recruiters and 3 with business. Nice ppl and good conversations but the recruitment process was messy and confusing. Timelines weren’t met. It expected a more professional process. This made me decide to decline the offer and choose for an architect role at another MS partner. After informing the recruiter that I have chosen another offer I didn’t get a response at all. Apparently the person oriented approach stops immediately after they receive a message they don’t like.

Four interviews, with different people across the world to learn the position does not exist anymore. Was a very casual interview, nothing specific and hard. Pleasant but not very focused. Not sure what they wanted to achieve there

3 stage process including HR one. Mostly basic architectural question based on MS cloud. People are courteous. The HR asked about the range of salary. mY guess, I asked bit more. The final interview was with director. No offer.
