The whole process took about 2.5 months. Start from CV screening, phone interview, f2f interview with Avanade's team leader, then with the project manager from client side. Few tests on logical thinking and also SQL queries.

I submitted my application during in the university's career fair. It takes around 2 weeks for them to get back to me. First was a phone interview, basically it was just to know more about your background information. Second was a face-to-face interview with a manager, the interview was quite relax and the manager asked me about my interested area and my opinions of it. I got my internship offer after 2 weeks
