I had three interviews. The last was a white board "technical" interview. I was asked ONE technical question! They then tell me I was not technically qualified for the basic out of college analyst position and I was suppose to be interviewing for the senior analyst position. In my opinion, one question couldn't determine my skill level for either position. I think they used me to be able to hire some cheap H1B visa holder. Bunch of BS..
