I have 3 interviews with Avanade and all I want to say is that HR person is so disrespectful to the candidate. I got my first phone interview through campus career day. The first interview was quite easy - go through your resume and introduction about Avanade. Not long after my first interview, I got my second interview. However, there are 3 different HR person contacted me about my second interview and all of them are in different cities. They told me the wrong interview time... so make sure you check with them at least 3 times!!!The second interview was interviewing with a consultant over the phone, they will give you 30 mins to ask them questions. so make sure you prepare your questions well. After 2 months, they sent me to the third interview... The third interview was interviewing with the director. Again, no case involved, just simple behaviour questions. He asked my grades at school. The last interview only lasted for 30 mins. After a month later, I got my "offer" from the HR who interviewed me in the first round. After following up for another 3 weeks, the HR told me that the job got canceled because they bought a new company and they don't have any head counts... Overall, my interview experience with Avanade lasts for almost 4 months...
