Probably one of the worst interview processes I have ever been through. 5 Interviews and told in each that I would be a great fit. I presented, met in hotels, met in their offices over a period of 3 months to then not proceed because they weren't in a position to move forward.

Recruiter reached out and we had a good conversation. Hiring manager looked through my background and found that it wasn't the best fit for the position. Got nicely written, personal feedback as to why my background wasn't the best fit this time. Much appreciated and an overall good courteous process.
