A total of two interviews.
First with HR and on-site manager.
Then with the eventual team-lead.
First interview was relatively informal and focus was on competence as a prospective consultant. What the company offers and how good of a fit this could be.
Second interview was also rather informal, but focused more on technical skills and experience.
