      The interview process at Availity was well organized and the people I spoke with were genuinely friendly and professional. The process included a recruiter screen, hiring manager/director interview, a Codility assessment, a technical panel interview with the team, and a final conversation with an exec. Every person I interacted with was respectful and the conversations felt genuine rather than rehearsed. The Codility assessment was fair and the panel was one of the more comfortable multi-person interviews I've experienced. My only critique is the length of the process relative to the outcome. Going through 6 rounds over the course of a month only to receive a rejection with no substantive feedback is a tough pill to swallow. For candidates investing that much time and energy, More transparency around the decision would go a long way.

      I had a phone interview with a team of three. Was told I would hear something back in a day or two. Never did head anything back. At least some sort of rejection email would have been appropriate.

      The initial interview was a phone interview with an HR representative. Basic overview of the job and salary expectations were discussed. The next interview with again a phone interview with a manager. A bit technical but not too detailed. They probed as to experience and exposure to technologies they were seeking. The next step was an on-site interview which was comprised of multiple stages. You are interviewed by the entire team.
