Had the assessment centre for the Graduate Scheme - quick turnaround, I did the interview and within a week was invited to the assessment centre which took place 2 weeks later. was a wonderful experience, everyone was really nice and friendly. Got on well with interviewers/assessors. Beautiful office.

Entretien
Several stages, all well thought out. Was a good way to understand the conversations that would later entail. I would say they are sometimes unclear though on the requirements of the role in comparison to what is in the description, read between the lines.

Entretien
The interview process was great. It was well structured and very efficient, I was also kept in the loop the whole time. Everyone I met during the process was really welcoming and supportive, nobody was there trying to catch you out they just wanted you to be yourself.
