The standard. Had a phone interview with the hiring manager (VP). Onsite interview with 4 members. It was disorganized from the start. I had to sit outside the office with no one at the reception. I signed in indicating the contact I was meeting (recruiter) in the company. It took around 10minutes before the recruiter showed up. The meeting room was occupied, so waited another 5minutes before the interview started. Then the first interviewer didn't show up, so he dialed in for the 3rd interviewer to interview me first. Got selected, but they offered me a lead engineer role. I mentioned that I had applied for an architect (but by then I had decided not to pursue given that they were changing the roles). The recruiter said he will get back after contacting the VP. No updates since then. That is so unprofessional.
