Entretien
The interviewer was straightforward but the entire session was very long. It is an online meeting, starting with introduction, understanding your background, and then they will bring up their contract/policy and explain to you. It consists a 1.5 year bond with standard starting salary. However, do take note that the company has bad review, and they do not able to support visa such as EP for foreigner due to they lack of diversity in the company structure.

Can you accept the 1.5 year bond? Can accept part of the salary will only be paid lump sum after clearing the bond?

Quick reply after applied for the job. Interview was scheduled as soon as possible. Ask for 1.5 years bond in the interview, either take the bond of leave it. Boss is really straight forward.
