Very simple and straightforward. They ask you simple questions about your people skills, greatest weakness as Well and strengths. It took them a month to reach out after applying which was the only downside of the process.
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.
