met with the store manager for 1st interview and then with the district manager for the 2nd interview. the 1st manager asked basic questions and then did an written evaluation on my parts knowledge. second manager was to see if i would be a good fit with the company.
Very straightforward interview. Was taken to a seperate area around the back of the store with a table and chairs for the interview. Asked about vehicle knowledge, sales and cashiering experience. Was given the job on the spot with adequate training afterwards.

Very easy not hard. I suggest talking with the district manager to get a job or a manager which are the ones with a Grey shirts. Overall not challenging. I think the turnover rate is high at this job though
Straight forward. Nice people. Created an easy listening atmosphere. Interview was conducted by HR and a store manager. No trick questions. At the end it didn’t work out for better fits from their end. No hard feelings.
