First of all the interview went over a few things: over basic customer satisfaction and employment history skills. Talked about time management and the diversity of the customers. Talked about moral and teamwork, then onto parts knowledge.

Went in to meet with the ASM, he asked a bunch of questions. I was asked when I could start. It was VERY casual. I went into the back like break room area and spoke with the ASM while he microwaved his ramen noodles.
