Easy going. They asked about my educational history and why I was applying to be a porter even though I had a Bachelor's degree. I took it because I needed to pay rent immediately after college. after a year I got a promotion to Service Advisor because of my people skills and have had a decent paying job since.

Almost non-existent. No formal interview, just a few minutes of discussion about the job and what they want and then a lot of forms. Easy, but far from important or thorough. Not even a background check.
