I felt I aced the 3 hour interview with the 8 department heads. Confident of my skills, experience and as each interviewer said, felt I would fit right in. I was confident and excited about their family values and their attention to thoroughly training you for what you are being hired for. As compared to doing a little of everything and not a lot about one subject. I would rather perfect and learn everything about the job I was hired for.
