Waited for one month after job ad expiration date and then got contacted by phone. First time I got tested (IQ and personality). I was called for an interview 2 months later, since I passed the test, I guess. A psychologist, and 2 interviewers were present. When I asked them questions, their answers were vague and they were putting words in my mouth. Not professional, and yet they have an HR department. Advice: if you apply for a something-to-do-with-sales position, you have to be prepared to come up with the answers they wanna hear (and it is possible to prepare them). Organization of the work and working positions is pretty good. Everyone knows what they are supposed to do and can turn to their superior in search for an advice. Nice offices :).
