      Entretien

      1st day your get a phone interview where there ask you about yourself and work history. Tell you about the company a little and offer you to meet with the branch manager 2nd day your come in 8a and take an online personality and a 2 part fill in questionnaire before meeting with branch manager where your talk again about yourself and work history. He'll tell you more about the company and then he'll offer you to shadow a route for the day -unpaid to see how you like it and he said where black pants and work shoes. He'll say you can be hands on as much as you like, is the gimmick. 3rd day your come in at 7a be given a uniform shirt my name tag was Dick. I wore slacks thinking I was just observing and I got chewed out a little, the manager said "I told you, you where going to be working" ugh. There talk a little about sales which was only $75 a wk for each 5 routes and quickly moved on. I also heard them talk about not having enough money in the meeting? From the first to the last of the 10 stops I was expected/instructed to detailing each machine while I watched the SSR change parts/service the machines. I soon realized I was simply there to clean the machines while the SSR left me alone to make sales pitches to management/owners. When I got back to the warehouse the manager wasn't there to discuss the position and I talked with the route manage. He asked me how I liked it, I simply said it was fine nothing to difficult. Then he asked if I past my questionnaires I replied I don't know, then he said well we don't call you back after your ride along if you didn't pass that. I was shocked to hear that because those tests had nothing to do with this position. I simply was told after that I should be receiving a call back. 4th I never received a call back after a few days. I called to touch bases with them and I was given another interview this time with the regional manager. Again I talked about myself and work history. I heard more about the company nothing new. I was then told that they just need to checking my work history/references and I would need to pass a physical/drug test. 5th Two weeks went by and nothing I called back a few times and finally got to speak with the branch manager where he told me very cattily we decided to go with someone else. On a side note then why did your company just post in those two week that your looking for a sales and service rep?

      Totally the worst interview I've ever had! While I was looking forward to the interview but from the moment I stepped into the office I felt very uncomfortable and most of the people seemed very unhappy especially mike who gave me a couple of Strange looks plus he had to leave couple of times during the interview which has never happened to me . I am glad they turned me down.

      Entretien

      Tests start the process, a basic mechanical aptitude test and a character test. They then schedule a ride-a-long so you can see what the scope of the work involves. This really helps eliminate any questions that may come up later. If you choose to proceed then you have a formal interview at the end of the ride-a-long and are told more specifics of the job. The ball is left in your court and you can say yes or no.

      Entretien

      Phone interview with HR. Took mechanical test and personality test. Passed tests and spoke to manager right after. You do a full day ride along so you can experience the job in person. Called back for second interview. Get offer letter and start as soon as you can.
