The interview here was fun and engaging. I really like the flow of the questions and getting to know more about the company.It was easy to have a normal converstaion with the interviewer and I felt safe to ask to repeat the questions if it was needed.

My interview process was delightful to say the least. I truly enjoyed Stephen professionalism and his knowledge of the field. I really liked the role play scenarios that we completed. I am excited to be a part of this company.

Entretien
The interviewer was a registered behavior technician with over 3+ years working with the company. We greated each other and he explained the role and job position. He confirmed some basic role questions that were asked during the phone interview. Later we talked a bit about each of our backgrounds and later some behavioral questions.

They asked me about my personal work experience and what motivated me to apply for the position. They also asked about my education background, my long-term career goals, and my previous job experience. The interviewer asked me to share one of my weakest skills, something I appreciated about a past supervisor, and a challenge I’ve overcome. Toward the end, they included a few role-playing questions that required some creativity.

Very easy to deal with. Very patient with me and intriguing. Was very kind. Asked me very intriguing questions also asked very productive questions towards my history in ABA. Also was very polite
