An employment recruiter will reach out firsthand after applying. Danielle was mine she was very informative and very company smart. After a brief prescreen interview I was then referred to an interview Danielle was very helpful on preparing myself for the interview. The interview was very helpful to get an idea of the job role and responsibilities. Soon after I got an offer and was given all the information I needed to complete training. Overall the company is very supportive and informed on their policy’s and well organized.

It was kind and warm, they tried to make me feel comfortable and safe. They raised concerns for themselves, me, and the clients. It felt overall uplifting and well rounded and suited for me

Entretien
The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.

I was asked about my previous experience with children and why I would enjoy the field. The one on one was about 40 minutes long.

It was super Easy quick, fun, engaging. Was a phone call and then a video interview. Everything went smoothly and it was enjoyable. Looking forward to working with the company.
