I enjoyed my interview process immensely. Atoshi, the one overseeing my interview, made me feel comfortable and helped me navigate the screening and general interview. I felt that they were open to any questions I had, and utilized the time we had to inform me of the company and the position.

One of the most important questions they asked me was about my overall experience with children and how I might manage my time with the client. I expected this, but was overjoyed to learn that they prompted me when I hesitated and did not make it feel like my experiences were not up to standards.

Entretien
The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.

I was asked about my previous experience with children and why I would enjoy the field. The one on one was about 40 minutes long.

It was super Easy quick, fun, engaging. Was a phone call and then a video interview. Everything went smoothly and it was enjoyable. Looking forward to working with the company.
