The interview process was simple and straight to the point. My recruiter was very straight forward and friendly. And the field interviewer was very supportive and understanding. We were able to communicate very well and found to have things in common. the internet connection was great and the Olivia system made the process much easier.

Entretien
The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.

I was asked about my previous experience with children and why I would enjoy the field. The one on one was about 40 minutes long.

It was super Easy quick, fun, engaging. Was a phone call and then a video interview. Everything went smoothly and it was enjoyable. Looking forward to working with the company.
