Entretien
First, we discussed the responsibilities of the position and there was also an explanation of ABA and the company's values, and then we went through some scenario questions. Then there was a short role play portion. After that, we discussed what training would look like and spoke about availability and any questions.

Entretien
The initial process is automated, as soon as you provide your information a real person reaches out over the phone and email. A phone interview is set up and later on a 45 minute video call with a local supervisor. After that a team member reaches out in order to answer any questions about the process and training.

I was asked about my previous experience with children and why I would enjoy the field. The one on one was about 40 minutes long.

Entretien
It was super Easy quick, fun, engaging. Was a phone call and then a video interview. Everything went smoothly and it was enjoyable. Looking forward to working with the company.
