Entretien
The interview process went well. Because of my experience with disability rights, I was able to show my expertise which helped me get a high pay rate. I was fortunate because I was interviewed by the clinical director of the region I worked in. Some may say that being interviewed by the clinical director is nerve-wracking but I felt at ease knowing how to speak with someone who has a background with autism and disabilities.
