the first interview I met with two members of the management team. And went through a standard interview process. I left the interview having a good understanding of the challenges the company and team was facing and the type of individual they were looking to help the company grow the business. The second interview I met with the owner who gave me his perspective, which was in alignment with the two members of his management team I met with in the first interview. It was a open, honest, direct interview, which I appreciated.
