Completely irrelevant interview process for managerial role. IQ, Apptitude and Psycometric tests which takes about 4-5 hours to complete. Reached office in Bangalore at 9.30 am and finally they informed me to leave at 3.30pm with no proper and honest feedback on my candidature post online tests. HR manager says you can leave for the day and will update you if any candidate scores lesser than my test scores for next rounds!! Wow! But my question is why did your HR coordinator asked me to wait for next rounds post online test?? Leaving me assume that i have cleared online test. Please respect candidate time and energy or provide them appropriate choice to clear assessment.
