Individual remote interviews with recruiter, hiring manager (US based) and US team. The final round was in-person interviews with local GM, a Sales Director & a couple of more senior EMEA people. I spent a lot of time preparing for the many interviews and was told that there was interest in hiring me but was told there was some discussions ongoing about how to best use the headcount, I heard nothing else despite following up. Overall, it was a disappointing interview process, I think when people put such effort into the interview process and get to the final round, it's unfair to give no feedback one way or another. It was clear that the EMEA & US teams were not on the one page which was a concern to me. In parallel, I was interviewing at another company who's interview process was clear and transparent and really highlighted some gaps in Auth0's approach to attracting top talent.
