I passed the screening; that went really well. The next interview was arranged very quickly after, and was with the Director of Engineering. This was contrary to their documented process, so I wasn't sure what to make of it.
I found the Director to be rude and dismissive. His accent took a few minutes to get used to, and his internet connection kept dropping out during the call. He asked me to describe Auth0 to a non-technical person, then interrupted me and re-stated what I had said in a very condescending tone with only one word changed. Things improved from there.
When it came time for me to ask questions, I began by asking what it was about my resume and/or screening that had lead to the current interview, and he replied that he didn't know; that he was asked to step in at this phase because there was currently no manager over the team to which I had applied. I understand the situation, but my interest in working at Auth0 under this Director vanished at this point. Rude, unprofessional, and I think very telling about the level of maturity in the Engineering organization here.
Good process with different stages: personal, background, and code. They were thoughtful, organized, professional interviewers who communicated clearly, created a supportive environment, and ensured the experience felt fair and engaging throughout.

2 llamados telefonicos, un zoom y una prueba tecnica, todo en ingles. esperan que conozcas la documentacion que provee la empresa y que minimamente puedas realizar al menos en mi caso una SPA con React y despues con Node donde utilices la autenticacion y conozcas los flujos de autenticacion.

First a recruiter screen, then hiring manager meeting, then a take home test, and then a technical screen, and system design walkthrough. Followed finally by a meeting with the whole team.
