      Entretien pour Customer Success Manager

      Aucune offre
      Expérience négative

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 7 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Auth0 (San Jose, CA)

      Entretien

Applied via job board. No word for four months. Then i was contacted for a hiring manager screen. Went fine, he sent me a document with case studies, asking whether I would be comfortable talking with customers about them, which I would be. Then no word for three weeks. I finally pinged them to see if there was still interest, and was told there was. Set up a tech screen, which seemed to go great. From this I was given a technical exercise using their pretty cool technology. I was even set up on a Slack channel to ask questions of the team as I worked through it. Nice idea. I worked a week or two on the technical exercise, which I struggled with a bit, but got help on, and was told it was about my thought process anyway, not so much my ability to figure all the technology out, Then was scheduled for videoconference panel interview with potential peers, which seemed to go fine. Then two more brief and routine video interviews a week later with managers, feeling pretty optimistic. Then no word for a week So I pinged the recruiter, asking what happened, if there was still interest, and was told he was talking with the manager about next steps. Then no word again. Ever. Seven months, half a dozen interviews, a difficult week-long technical exercise, participation in a Slack channel, and then not even a boilerplate email rejection. Just silence. Auth0, if you are reading this, you can skip the obligatory "I'm sorry you had a poor experience. We always strive to improve our recruiting process, so thank you for your feedback!". Because frankly everyone said a lot of very nice things for three months, but ultimately it meant nothing. My jaw drops at this level of unprofessionalism in the recruiting process.
