Every contact was via a recruiter, who initially presented my CV to Autex. The hiring manager called me for about 20 minutes to get an idea of my experience, interest in the role and culture fit. After the holidays, I met with the hiring manager and her supervisor onsite for about an hour. They asked questions about my experience in writing, digital and content management. One of the interviewers spoke at length about the family aspect of the business. After a few weeks, I learned from the recruiter that Autex was progressing with another candidate. They didn’t have any specific feedback for me.
