Unprofessional, uncourteous, and unqualified... This HR department rep shouldn't be allowed to make decisions for this company. There were errors galore throughout the process, an unprofessional attitude, a lackluster enthusiam as a representative for the company, and a disgraceful level of communication. I used to have a high regard for this company, but if they're trotting out this type of employee - to represent the face of the company - then they're failing the constituents it represents.
