For a company who claims integrity is at their core I’d beg to differ after my interview experience. After being interviewed and told I was shortlisted for a final decision and to ‘expect a rapid process’, to then be ghosted for 3 weeks to then be told (finally) after I had to follow up that they would not be considering my application further as ‘stronger’ candidates were selected, to then being told I would great for another role, to then apply for it, to then be ghosted AGAIN, to then be told weeks later that I didn’t have the required technical skills - even though the recruiter referred me to the role as a good match. Recruiters have to understand that the companies brand is reflected during the recruitment process. I’ve read some of the reviews on glassdoor and can relate, at least with the warning signs i personally encountered. Imagine what it’s like working there. Do better
