This is a MLM scam that is basically a pyramid scheme. They make a lot of flashy promises and waste your time with the interview to create a sunk cost.

Very clear it was an MLM within the first couple of minutes of the interview. He didn't even go over the position I applied for, simply for the fact the position did not exist. It was simply a front to get you to apply. Was not worth my time at all.
