The interview is targeted selection so ensure you answer the questions giving exact examples from your past working history. The interview will be conducted by two or more people who will feverishly write down your responses while your speaking. You will get a chance at the end to ask questions about hours and pay rates however most information will be already covered so come up with a question just so you don't look like you have not prepared anything.
