Recruiter rescheduled initial call twice - once with only 15mins notice. After the initial phone screen, was told I would hear back either way likely within the week... It has been 2 months. I sent multiple follow-up emails in the first month - absolute radio silence from the recruiter. After impacting my schedule multiple times for this call the least they could do is send a simple rejection (or answer an email).
