I got reached out by a hiring manager to talk about a potential role. Weird that HR skips steps for this kind of communication were the guy was asking about experience without even applying. The guy had very little knowledge about what the job was supposed to do and it was quite concerning to learn that the company is doing testing when the HARA is yet to be done. A very rude arabic guy. They need people with emphatic communication and more transparency for this kind of roles and technology.
