I applied online and after few days got a reply to fill out a PI survey to see how I work with others and how I like to work. It was a very simple assessment that only took me about 15-20 mins. Afterwards I did get email stating I get initial interview. The group interview was a good experience its the lack of follow up afterwards. As any potential person we always ask what is the process and so forth. From here is the bad terrible experience of following up and getting ghosted and never hearing back. My suggestion keep up with your word because clearly the recommendation of this job to a friend is 63% which is terrible score.
