i had a HR call for the interview which was posted in Naukri. we discussed and i was ready for the interview and schedule it. The interview went good but there is a quote which says "first impression is the last impression". If you want to know about how is company first and easy way to know is through there process of hiring how is the HR treating a employee who has come for the interview can tell a lot about the culture of the company. Very UnPofessional behavior , like when my interview was completed the HR told they will get the updates by monday as i interviewed at friday. so i was okay with that then 1 week passed away i again called and email them for the feedback, still same reply like give us 2 more days will update and again after a week i asked for the feedack and no feedack. While reaching out to candidate and interviewing a candidate should be given a clear picture like what is going on. A candidate deserve a reply stating if he has cleared the interview or he/she has not cleared an interview . if rejects then reason of why they rejects so that it would help the candidate knows and also he will respect the process and company . this is a major red flag i considered while giving interview that HR Ghosted the candidate. Thanks for wasting the time .
