I was contacted by a recruiter for Atypical very shortly after posting my resume. The recruiter advised me to provide some written information about my specific experience with the type of project they were hiring for. That was fine, but kind of a waste of time considering that even though i provided it I was then asked the same questions that elicited that same answers during the initial phone screen.
