Interview with talent Interview with hiring manager Interview with a peer manager 45 Minute presentation with hiring manager and another manager. I worked SO hard in making this presentation perfect, spent over 12 hours building and practicing a slide deck and all I got from the hiring manager was "Thanks for the preparation" and she hopped from the call. I received the most generic and contextless email from the talent after being ghosted for a week that they went with another candidate. I truly believe I was overqualified having been a director twice in my last two roles. It was such a poor experience and I will never recommend this company.

Interview process is long, and the interviewer was not very engaged. The first interview was with a recruiter, and due to being in the US was late at night in the UK (10pm). The second interview was with the hiring manager but they didnt ask many questions and it was less than 20 minutes, even with me asking 4+ questions (short answers back). The third stage was a presentation, however you don't get the chance to present. I spent hours on the deck and got a very generic response saying that key elements were missing - however no response back when i asked what was missing. Seems to be a lack of respect for the amount of time that went in to the presentation and no specific feedback which is frustrating.
